Closed on Pinehurst yesterday my first REO. It was strange getting out of the car and going to the closing. The last time I closed on a deal was over two years ago. I am rusty. It is funny how things work out. I am excited to get this business flowing like water as said best by Bruce Lee, Be Water.

I am still trying to figure out my best day. Now that it is raining in the evening I don't g running with Rhyan and I am not working out in the A.M. consistently. Consistency is the key to success. You don't have to know it all or be perfect but be consistently moving forward. That does not mean to continue doing what is not working. If something is not working you must change.

In the future I will be writing about my learnings, deals, personal and professional growth etc.

Also I heard somewhere that it takes 10,000 hours to become an expert. That is probably 5-10 years. For only 5-10%of your time on earth you can become a expert in something. Please do so and you will b paid handsomely.

First Blog, Wow in 2009, I am slow

So this is mjy first blog post. I guess this is strange to me as I have no idea what this is all about. Over the coming months I will talk about my family, my life, my real estate business and self development. I look forward to connecting witht he world out there. Thanks for watching and listening. I will be posing a how to buy REO's pamphlet for all you that want to buy a great deal in the next couple fo years. Especially in the prine markets. I will also be talking about becoming an expert.
